**REMINDER**

This is a reminder for all pilots to please double check the accuracy of your designated beneficiaries on all of your company and ALPA insurance policies. In addition to your insurances, please make sure that correct beneficiary information is listed for all of your retirement accounts as well. We have had some cases where beneficiary information was missing or designated incorrectly. It is especially important to verify this information if you have gone through a divorce or experienced any life qualifying event.
